In recent years, with the continuous development of computer technology and information technology, major traditional industries have undergone significant changes in both production and management models. Taking the development of machinery manufacturing and automation as an example, the traditional machinery manufacturing industry has achieved automation upgrade and transformation requirements to a certain extent through the application of modern information technology equipment. According to the current application situation, mechanical manufacturing and automation technology not only effectively reduce the workload of workers, but also improve the production quality of mechanical products, which is conducive to promoting the overall improvement of enterprise safety production efficiency. The important thing is that the emergence and wide application of machinery manufacturing and automation technology provide an inherent driving force for the rapid development of my country's industrial machinery manufacturing. However, the development of machinery manufacturing and automation has not paid much attention to the application of energy-saving design concepts. For example, compared with developed countries, the problem of raw material waste and energy waste involved in domestic machinery manufacturing is more serious. In response to this, it is suggested that machinery manufacturing should appropriately adjust its development direction, strictly follow the content of the national sustainable strategic goal, and optimize the machinery production process by adhering to the energy-saving design concept, so as to avoid the serious problems of raw material waste and energy waste in the production process.
